Periodic gas checks not only protect the users of mobile homes, caravans and boats but also the neighbors and are in the interest of the general public. Due to the demands placed on mobile homes and boats, a check cycle of 3 years has been set. A one-year check interval applies to events.
During a gas inspection, the leaks, pressure regulators, hoses, shut-off devices and gas appliances are checked. The inspector can also replace consumables such as hoses and pressure regulators for a fee.
